We service pick-up and delivery throughout the seven county metro area including Hennepin, Washington, Anoka, Ramsey, Scott, Chisago and Dakota counties.

If you are unable to visit our shop, we will make house calls! We also offer after hours emergency service. On-site repairs that are not covered by insurance will be subject to a $40.00 service charge.

Warranties are extended by the manufacturer on parts only. Manufacturers do not pay for the labor or in-home service. Handi Medical Supply will provide a six-month labor warranty on all new wheelchair services provided in our shop. We also offer one free in-shop inspection of your new wheelchair within the first 90 days following delivery. Our standard repair and warranty policy goes into effect after this free intial inspection.

Subject to availablity and within the first year of the warranty period, we will provide loaner equipment at no charge for up to 30 days. Rental charges will be assessed for any period over 30 days. Pick-up and delivery charges may also apply.

Any charges that are not covered by insurance are due and payable at the time service is performed.
