If after working with our management team, the patient care or safety concern has not been addressed, a customer may contact the Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring. There he/she may register concerns or complaints about Handi Medical – an accredited Joint Commission health care organization – by either calling 1-800-994-6610 or emailing complain@jcaho.org.
